I’m a Michigan native deeply rooted in my Indigenous ancestral wisdom, guided by a profound connection to nature and the spiritual realm. For me, natural medicine and healing go beyond the physical—they are soul-deep and transformative.

I strive to provide a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your healing and growth journey without judgment. My compassionate approach fosters open communication, empowering you to share your concerns and aspirations while receiving the guidance and support you need to thrive. I’ve personally walked the journey of trauma and PTSD from the grief I struggled with of 20 years after the tragic passing of my younger sister. Much of my own healing and emotional recovery was completed with many of these same practices I offer and are still practices I use regularly for maintained balance, alignment and clarity.
